How quickly can I get started?
Depends on the plan you choose. HP Site Flow Light can have your setup with an account and in production, as quickly as the same day. Just click sign-up to register and our sales team will assist you in getting an account created for your company. HP Site Flow Pro and Enterprise can get you set up in as little as four weeks, after the remote mobilisation service (training and set-up).
Mobilisation is our term for helping Pro and Enterprise accounts get started. Your team will be provided access to the HP Site Flow API documentation and Software Development Kits(SDKs). They will receive expert advice on your first integration (e.g. customer website, brand, app, web-to-print, ERP, or order management system, etc.) that you will use to get orders into HP Site Flow. In parallel, we will advise on the few steps you need to take to configure your local environment. Your dedicated HP Mobilisation Consultant will help your team configure and test your first set of products. They will also ensure that your own nominated HP Site Flow Champion(s) receive Mobilisation training and are equipped with the skills that they will need to broaden adoption of Site Flow across your other products or customers.
As the name implies, the mobilisation will be done remotely, via a series of online meetings.
Yes, we recommend an account for each user of Site Flow. With HP Site Flow you will have one account per production site with unlimited users per site. One user can be registered for multiple production sites.
No. With HP Site Flow, you are purchasing a license for your company site. You can have unlimited users per site, however, if your company has multiple sites, you will need a company account for each site.
With HP Site Flow Pro and Enterprise, training is part of the mobilisation service. For HP Site Flow Light, instructions are included under the ‘Help’ tab.
HP Site Flow requires no installation. It’s cloud-based allowing any internet connected device to access your company’s account. Additional purchases may be necessary.

Typically, no, but the Solutions team will work with you to confirm if any additional purchases may be necessary to support the barcode-driven production automation.
Unless separately agreed to in writing, your Site Flow Pro or Enterprise subscription will be fixed for a minimum period of 12 months (“Fixed Terms”). Unless you have notified HP in writing that you wish to unsubscribe, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of your Fixed Term and will continue for a new period of twelve (12) months (“Renewal Term”). Your HP Site Flow Light “Starter” subscription will be provided on a monthly basis for a minimum period of 1 month (“Fixed Term”). For Light customers who need API integration with their local production, ERP, MIS and/or other customer or proprietary solutions, HP Site Flow Light “Gateway” is offered for additional fees and a longer minimum “Fixed Term” of 12 months. Unless you have notified HP in writing that your wish to unsubscribe, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of your Fixed Term and will continue for a new period of the same amount -- 1 month for “Starter” and 12 months for “Gateway” (“Renewal Term”).

For Site Flow Pro and Enterprise, your first bill will be the first month after your mobilisation completion date. For Light, Pro, and Enterprise accounts, HP will issue an invoice around the beginning of each calendar month for fixed fees and then later the same month for variable fees which are for the previous month’s usage.
HP Site Flow Pro and Enterprise accounts will have access to our HP Customer Success Team and knowledge base. Customers can access the knowledge base through the Freshdesk support portal. The knowledge base centralizes solutions and documentations for quick, common questions. From the support portal, customers can also raise a ticket. This is ideal for complex questions or when human assistance is required. Customers can also contact support via email. Our support hours are 9-5pm GMT Monday to Friday (excluding national and designated HP holidays). HP Site Flow Light customers can pay extra to have this same level of customer support. Otherwise, guided instructions are provided under the “Help” tab in Site Flow Light.

You may terminate your subscription at the end of the Fixed or Renewal Term by giving three (3) months prior written notice before the end of such term (for Pro and Enterprise accounts) or one (1) month’s prior written notice for Site Flow Light accounts.
